The Acceleron-Group works around weekly financial reporting rather than the monthly financial reporting adopted by some organisations. This weekly financial reporting allows companies within the group to make financially based decisions on data that is never more than seven days old. This enables companies in our group to spot trends and make important decisions earlier. As a partner of the Acceleron-Group you will benefit from this advantage.

Weekly reporting

Every partner and manager receives full weekly reports so that all parts of the group can make 52 informed decisions every year based on up to date information which is less than 7 days old. All this information is easily available via our web based IMS management system.

All senior Acceleron-Group Staff meet every Monday to evaluate their week and ensure good communications and address any issues that arise quickly and ensure strategic objectives are being progressed.

Our weekly Focus Groups identify relevant skilled staff from all levels of the business, to address specifically highlighted issues. The purpose of a focus group is to highlight the issues and recommend remedial action in as short a time as possible.

This enables us to be informed, flexible, responsive, dynamic and ahead of almost all of the competition. We can spot trends, focus on areas for improvement, trend developments, analyse changes and test procedures 4 times in every 4 week period- 13 periods a year. The investment has been time consuming and cost well over £1 million to develop. All members of staff are expected to support this faster, smarter, quicker, better concept and to operate and report within tight time-scales.

We have a structure which enables us to flex, scale, grow and adjust- to work with partners, associates, alliances and to create short term or long term ventures- all measured with full accounting and relevant reporting every week.
